These are a thinner cut, bone-in Mangalitsa Pork Chop, 2 chops, 1/2 inch thick. Our mangalitsa pork chops will change your mind about how great pork should taste. A nice marbled piece of red meat with a large melt in your mouth fat cap adds amazing flavor. For a perfectly juicy chop don’t cook over 145 degrees. This is a farm favorite and must try.

These chops can be seasoned with salt and pepper and thrown on the smoker, grill, or oven. Cook until 125 and sear them on a hot skillet to crisp the fat up at the end until internal temp reaches around 135, let rest at least 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
